From the booking behind the scenes Lyndsey is super efficient & helpful and they do a full test run in advance to ensure timings are perfect and even check your colour scheme to make sure they decorate accordingly. David the chauffeur turned out immaculately dressed and he was super polite and courteous. All in all a wonderful family business who clearly love what they do

They took my dad and me to our wedding venue with the roof up, then (amongst lots of photos), took me and my new husband to our hotel up the road for the night to drop off our bags (free of any additional charge), then back to the venue. Lyndsay provided the best customer service, keeping us up to date, emails were answered quickly and she was easy to get hold of over the phone when we had to postpone 3 times! We got the choice of flower colours for the car and they just really want the customer to have a great experience. David our driver was so lovely and was happy to have the top of the car off for my journey to the church and then back on for the longer drive to our venue. He patiently waited around for our photos with the car and didn’t rush us at all. The glass of bubbly after our ceremony was a lovely touch!
